Like its smaller cousin with a single floating cube (3d Puz Pyramid – Cube), this puzzle is extremely elegant, novel, works well on a desk or table, and looks simple – but, I can assure you, it is not!
When you first see this puzzle, you see 3 cubes floating in a pyramid – a very nice optical illusion.
The puzzle seems simple – simply remove the 9 seemingly identical rhomboids and then replace them….. way easier said then done.
Even when you know what you are looking at and realize that this is a cunning packing puzzle, it is still non-trivial to put the pieces back.Each of these puzzles is hand made; no two are exactly alike.Enjoy!
