The revolution has done away with the tyranny of the monarchy and now the opporunity is there for you to try and get your supporters into the newly vacant positions of power so you can benefit from their patronage and denouncing those who stand in your way as enemies of the revolution.
Do all this while amassing as much cake as possible before the end of the game.
