Laser cut wood, includes strip wood, signs, and tarpaper roofing. Construction is “siding on ply” construction, that is you build up an interior “box” and then apply the various sidings to complete the structure. To ease painting, the window frames are separated from the mullions and have included an adhesive backing on the mullions to make mounting the glazing a glue free breeze! This is a great 4 or 5 evening project. The O scale foot print is 7 1/2″ x 6 1/2″. All signs and parts shown are included in the kit.
