Tommykaira (), originally founded as Tomita Yume Koujou (), is a Japanese car tuning and manufacturing company founded in 1986 and headquartered in Minami-ku, Kyoto, Japan. The company was named after its two founders, Yoshikazu Tomita and Kikuo Kaira.

The R31 Skyline introduced many new technologies and features. The HR31 was the first Skyline to be equipped with the new RB-series of engines. The HR31 RB engines are often referred to as “Red Top” engines because of the red cam covers. The design was slightly larger and squarer than previous Skylines. It was available as a Sedan, Hardtop sedan, Coup and station wagon. Affectionately known as the “Seventhsu” or simply “7th Sukairain” by owners, due to it being the 7th-generation Skyline.
